This reads your feed, not your soul
Be clear about what this is: it works from your public feed - titles, descriptions, dates - unless you hand it a transcript. It has not listened to your episodes, and it won't claim it has.

It also won't quote your guests. Anything a contributor said needs their permission before it goes anywhere near a manuscript, and that's handled properly later, not guessed at here.
Why I built this
I'm Tom Collins. I built Your Book Pro after watching too many people carry a book around for thirty years without ever starting it.
Not one of them was short of material. What they were short of was somebody sitting beside them asking the right question at the right moment - which is what a good editor does, and what almost nobody can afford at the beginning.
So I built the beginning. It's free, because the beginning is where people give up.
Questions
- Do I have to upload my whole archive?
- No. That's the mistake this exists to prevent. Work out the shape first, then process only the episodes that earn their place.
- Isn't one episode just one chapter?
- It almost never is. You've circled the same three ideas for years without noticing. Those are the chapters. The episodes are the raw material.
- What about my guests?
- Nothing a guest said is treated as usable text. When you get to the real book, Your Book Pro asks who spoke and what each contributor has agreed to before anything is quoted.
- My show is quite niche.
- So is every good book. A specific reader who badly wants this is worth more than a broad one who might.
