It uses published work as a craft reference - what a technique achieves and why - rather than scoring you against a corpus. It will not tell you to write like a named author, and it never reproduces copyrighted text.
Is there an AutoCrit integration?
No. You move a manuscript file between the two tools. Your Book Pro imports .docx, .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .txt and .md, and exports PDF, print files, a styled Word .docx on Pro, Markdown, plain text and Scrivener projects.
Which should I run first?
Your Book Pro. Structure changes can delete whole chapters, and there is no point optimising the adverb count of a scene you are about to cut.
