1. Draft in Novlr

2. Export your manuscript
When you want a structural read, export your Novlr manuscript as a Word or plain-text file.
3. Import it into Your Book Pro
Upload the file. Your Book Pro splits it into chapters, checks for duplicates against anything you have imported before, and builds a chapter spine you can rearrange.
4. Get the editorial pass
Run editorial feedback and a beta-reader report, then proofread with your US or UK profile. Work through the notes in the Editing Suite, which explains its reasoning and asks before changing anything substantive.
5. Decide where you finish
Either finish inside Your Book Pro and generate your PDF and print files, or carry the revised text back into Novlr and keep drafting there.
Honest note on interoperability: This is a manuscript-file handoff, not a native integration. Your Book Pro imports .docx, .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .txt and .md files up to 15 MB. It exports a complete PDF, printer-ready print files, Markdown or plain text, a styled Word .docx on Pro, and native Scrivener projects - so if you want to carry on in your other tool afterwards you take the Word file straight back into it.

Does Your Book Pro integrate with Novlr?
No. There is no native integration and we will not pretend otherwise. You export your manuscript from Novlr and import the file into Your Book Pro, which accepts .docx, .doc, .rtf, .pdf, .txt and .md up to 15 MB.
Can I send my edited book back to Novlr?
Yes. Your Book Pro exports a styled Word .docx on Pro, alongside PDF, print files, Markdown, plain text and Scrivener projects, and Novlr imports Word files.
Will Your Book Pro rewrite my novel for me?
No. It gives editorial notes and suggestions you approve or reject. Suggested changes are shown before they are applied, and nothing substantive happens without you saying yes.
Do I have to stop paying for Novlr?
No. Keep the tool you like. Many authors draft somewhere comfortable and bring the manuscript somewhere else for the editorial and production stages.
